Shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 24-48 hours after receipt of payment and shipped via Post or GLS Courier with tracking and signature. We always try to dispatch your order asap if we receive your order before 1pm we still be able to ship it the same day. This of course depend on availability of your ordered items - please check description of your items for dispatch times. You will receive the emails when status of your order will change etc.: "shipped", "order in workshop", "awaiting payment confirmation". If any delay occur on processing your order we'll inform you by mail or phone. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
If you suspect that your parcel may have been damaged in transport, we advise you to open it and check its contents in the presence of the courier. If you find any of the items to be missing or damaged, report it to the delivery company and notify airsoftguns.ie by e-mail.
We will use reasonable efforts to meet delivery dates, you should be aware that delivery dates are guidelines and we are not liable in contract, negligence, tort or otherwise for any loss or damage resulting from these delivery dates not being achieved, whatever the cause.
After you receive your Tracking number please contact carier to get more information about delivery of your package.
Please note if you receive tracking number from us it will appear in GLS Tracking System when your parcel will be scanned in GLS depot.
