KJW M9A1 Beretta Vertec Full Metal (CO2)  pistol replica by KJW made from metal and ABS. Metal parts include the frame, slide, barrel, all mobile elements as well as the magazine. Polymer parts include the grip panels. Under the barrel is located a 22 mm RIS rail that allows for attachment of all kinds of laser sights. The replica features a winged safety that prevents accidental discharge. It does not block the trigger too tightly, however, it cuts off all ratchets that release the hammer whose striking the valve inside the magazine causes the replica to fire.

The replica features a blowback system which increases the realism during firing by setting the slide into motion. After the last BB has left the barrel, the slide remains locked in the rear position.
