The WellPro MB01AE, also known as the L96A1/AWM with a fixed stock, is a highly regarded British precision rifle worldwide. Manufactured in the United Kingdom and adopted by numerous armed forces, it has earned a reputation as a reliable and precise weapon.

This airsoft sniper rifle is spring-powered, requiring manual reloading (spring tension) before each shot, which is typical for spring-powered replicas. Weighing around 3.8 kg, this impressive replica is well-balanced and comfortable for extended use, thanks to its Thumbhole grip design characteristic of the AWM rifles. The adjustable stock further enhances flexibility, allowing smooth customization to the shooter's preferences, including adjusting the length and height of the cheek rest. The MB01AE features a 23.5-inch aluminum barrel and a 22 mm Picatinny rail on the receiver, enabling the mounting of various optics. For added authenticity, a clear serial number is precisely engraved on the receiver. Made from reinforced polymer, the stock mimics the material used in the real counterpart. It includes mounts for a slings and a bipod.

The replica is equipped with a stainless steel cylinder, a matching cylinder head, a 90° aluminum piston with a seal cup head, and stainless steel components in the trigger mechanism. A standard APS2 spring (9 mm diameter) and a 9 mm steel L96 spring guide are also used. All this is complemented by a 90° trigger assembly with an entirely new trigger type and steel components designed to resist premature wear. These elements allow the replica to use M220 springs, delivering a power output exceeding 650 FPS. For convenience, the cylinder assembly can be disassembled without dismantling the entire replica; simply lower the cylinder lock located in the trigger hole.

For optimal performance, the replica features a 500 mm barrel with a 6.03 mm diameter. The L96 hop-up chamber has been improved with an innovative hop-up rubber, characterized by an extended contact surface with the BB, enabling smooth rotation of 0.45 g or even 0.50 g BBs without difficulty.

For practical use, the MB01AE includes a charging indicator at the rear of the bolt, allowing you to quickly check if the replica has been reloaded and is ready to fire. Additionally, there is a magazine empty indicator on the left side of the barrel for added convenience.
